Zone 2: Scottish Highlands / Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man - £14.99 per order.

- OVERSIZE ITEMS (weight or volume) the carriage charge will be stated on the items description for UK Mainland only. This delivery charge is automatically added to your basket.
- DELIVERY OF GOODS (UK mainland). Providing all items on your order are in stock we try our utmost to despatch your order within 24 hours, if not, within 48 hours of receipt of order.
- Orders received before 1.00 pm except for weekends and bank holidays will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received after 1.00 pm will be carried over to the next working day.
- Our standard courier service will not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays, therefore orders placed after 1.00pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday).
- We cannot give the customer an accurate delivery time, therefore we advise there is someone at the delivery address provided, eligible to sign for the parcel between 9.00am and 5.30pm (note the time you placed your order and the expected day your order will be delivered).
- Please give clear additional instructions if your delivery address is remote or difficult to find. If this is the case a mobile number is essential as this will be given to your driver to fulfill the delivery.
- RECEIPT OF GOODS. Most of the UK and European deliveries will be handled by DPD, Parcelforce or Fastway Couriers and a signature is required to deliver the goods. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the driver will leave a card containing the consignment number and the telephone number of the local depot. The customer is advised to call this number to arrange a suitable delivery date. The driver will attempt the same delivery on the second day if no contact with the depot is made. If this delivery fails, the consignment is held in the depot for a further five days. If the customer has still made no contact the consignment is returned back to Seasons Christmas Outlet where we will contact the customer. The carriage will be charged again before a further delivery can be despatched.
- DELIVERY OF GOODS (Worldwide). Providing all items on your order are in stock and the delivery charge has been agreed we try our utmost to dispatch your order within 24 hours, if not, within 48 hours of receipt and confirmation of your order.
- Please note all our products are supplied with British standard 3 pin plugs and adaptors (230v). It is important to check your own power supply voltage before ordering. You can purchase European and USA plug converters along with step up and step down transformers via alternative websites.
- Depending on which country you reside, the delivery cost and method may change, along with the shipper used. We will endeavour to use FedEx Worldwide wherever possible although for large volume orders we can arrange pallet shipments via our freight company.
- We try our best to pack orders with consideration to the item(s). Although the carriers we use work hard to avoid damaged goods whilst in transit, it can happen from time to time. On receipt of your order it is advised to check the products inside immediately as items can be damaged during carriage. If you notice any damage to your product, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours.
